First of all, I hope that you all managed better than we did we the clocks going forwards. As usual some clocks were remembered, some clocks were forgotten, and some clocks sorted themselves out. Our radio controlled clock, usually relied on as the only clock that is telling the right time had a nervous breakdown and although apparently waiting for 4pm is still sitting waiting at 4pm. Oh dear. The computers, of course, moved themselves forward an hour, as did mysteriously the upstairs video player and not so mysteriously the Virgin cable boxes. I think most other clocks have been altered now, although I'm sure it will be a week from now before we catch them all!
Last night's movie was "3:10 to Yuma". Chosen by Rich, awaited by me only for the lovely Christian Bale. I'm generally not a fan of Westerns. This is an unfair preference on my part as I have watched very few and is based pretty much entirely on the experiences as a child of 'Bonanza' on a Sunday afternoon. I think the only Western type movies I have ever seen were 'Butch and Sundance', which I love and 'The Magnificent Seven' which I did quite enjoy. Anyway, I digress. "3:10 to Yuma" was pretty good. A bit slow to start, but otherwise a pretty good story - and the acting was excellent. Definitely recommended as a way to pass a couple of hours.
